The Super Bowl is always a favorite sporting event of the year, and man, oh man… the whole house really gets into watching the game. Part of this is because we are huge football fans… and the other part of it is that we love, love, love tailgate foods with a tasty twist.
One of the best things about a good tailgate is you can have one anywhere; a parking lot, a park, your backyard, or even in the comfort of your own home. The food options for a tailgate are endless, left only to one’s imagination.
Generally, tailgate food options are easy to make, portable and can serve a large crowd; chili, hot wings, sub sandwiches, and meatballs are some popular game-day foods. But, there are many other delicious choices to customize your tailgate to your taste.
I’m listing some of my very favorite tailgate foods with a tasty twist here. I add a few of these to my tailgate party every year… but that’s ’cause they’re so delicious.
Salmon Dill Cucumber Bites
Absolutely delicious, and so full of flavor, and super pretty, too.

Rich Roast Beef And Herb Cheese Spirals
If you need some Keto-friendly food, these bites are perfect for a low-carb option.

Chili Lime Jalapeño Wings
Chicken wings are always a great choice for serving a crowd. Grill up a ton and let everyone one enjoy!

BBQ Andouille Sausage & Apples
I have quite a few sausage recipes, but these BBQ’d Andouille Sausage & Granny Smith Apples are probably my faves. Saucy, spicy, and magnificent.

Creamy Deviled Eggs
And how about deviled eggs? On my goodness, these deviled eggs will make you keep reaching for just one more.

Crispy Sriracha Mango Shrimp
For a real show-stopper, these Crispy Sriracha Mango Shrimp will make guest pause from the game to ask for the recipe.
Hope the team you were rooting for won!
