Erath Winery Pinot Noir, a value wine I would buy again ($16). Ripe red fruits and sour cherries, sweet tobacco flavors with dried herbs, and hints of vanilla. Nice acidity. This one is very drinkable and very affordable Pinot.
Wine lovers from all walks of life purchase Erath Winery Pinot Noir, as I have witnessed this wine on many wine store visits . Often times I have pretended not to know much about wine, but only so I could solicit wine shoppers thoughts. The answers are mostly the same; they enjoy what they know is consistently enjoyable.
That’s a great tip for anyone who buys wine—when in doubt, buy what you know you will enjoy!
Please keep in mind wine is subjective, and each palate has it’s own preference. I encourage you to explore and sip your way to what is pleasurable to your palate.
